Forensic assessments are not medically necessary and are therefore not covered by insurance. Incisive Forensics is not able to work with third-party insurance companies to process any payments. We also do not accept any payments from examinees. All payments should be remitted by the referral source.

Incisive Forensics accepts several forms of payment. You may use this website for convenience to submit payment via credit or debit card. Please note that transaction fees will apply for this service. The fees are non-refundable and added to the total payment. Other payment options without these fees are also available.
